In this painting, Krishna's face is calm and his eyes are neither closed nor open, he looks at everyone with equal vision, that is why I have not shown him showing much movements in this painting. And I have tried to show his love for everyone through expressions in this painting. By applying sandalwood color on his forehead, I have used his knowledge to reflect his brilliance and his personality. If you look carefully, the red color in the background is a symbol of anger but in this painting it will seem to calm your mind and reflect the positive aura of Shri Krishna.

Meet the Artist

Punit Kadwane
I'm an artist based in Ujjain(Madhya Pradesh). I have done my graduation BFA (in Painting) in 2024 from Shipra Fine Art College, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. In my paintings I mostly depict the unseen and everyday life. My childhood was spent among the village people and I have a special connection with them.
In my artworks I use mostly acrylic colors and keep experimenting with textures with the help of newspapers, texture white, plastic polythene, sandstones, rollers etc. And there is no sharpness anywhere in my artworks because I believe that every person should live in harmony with everyone, their happiness and sorrow should not be ignored. According to me sharp lines reflect harsh thoughts and harsh personality, that is why I work by maintaining smoothness in my work which is a part of my art style.
