Every painting has a story to tell.’ Since childhood, I have always been a fond reader and actively sought out reading subjects that make me curious. Books led me to a new world of imagination, creation, and emotions. While I initially dabbled in writing myself, I eventually came to the conclusion that abstract renditions of one's fantasies and emotions are even more relatable. An open imagination helped me create a variety of forms and compositions. Thus began my journey of portraying thoughts through abstract art and visualisations in printmaking. I am working on a series that expresses emotions related to the psychology of colour expression, and I am also reading up on mythology and traditional folk tales to try and portray abstractly via printmaking and painting.
